How to create a Parent Portal

1.Go to dallasisd.powerschool.com/public

2.Make sure you are on parent sign in

• Click on select language if you need to change the language for better understanding

3. Click on create account tab and then again on create account on the bottom right corner

4. Make sure all your information is filled out on the Create Parent Account Page.

• Provide your email address , user name, and password

** Password must contain at least 1 capital letter and at least 1 number ** ** Make sure to write down both your username and password for your record. ** ** Note: PowerSchool does not store passwords. **

5. Fill out student(s) information

• Access ID, Access password, Relationship to student, click on enter when done.

6. After clicking enter you will be redirected to the sign in page.

• Here you will enter the username and password you created, click sign in.

Congratulations you now have a Powerschool parent portal account
