The Skyline Early College High School maintains its mission by building a supportive school climate of openness and trust that empowers our faculty, students, staff, and community stakeholders to share decision-making on how to improve teaching effectiveness, which ultimately is directly linked to improving student success and preparing students for college as argued by Hurst and Uribe (2015).
